• Coached Girls AAU / Travel Basketball for over 40 years
• Have coached Pop Warner football, Middle school football, and Little League Baseball championship teams as well.
• In my 40 years of coaching I have had over 170 girls receive scholarships to play Division 1 college basketball.
• Many have and are still playing professionally.
• In my two years at Lancaster, all of the girls that played for me received college scholarships when they graduated.
• My Tennessee Team Pride AAU Teams had finished in the top four in the country seven times, with three runner-up finishes.
• My Nike travel teams won two different National Championships in 2010. My Freshman Flight team made it to the Final Four of the Nike Nationals in 2011, In 2012 they were Nike National Champions. In 2019 my sophomore team won the Boo Williams Nike Championship.
• I coached the Middle School Teams at MTCS 2008-2010, going 96 – 4 over that span. In the last two years of that span, my teams went 68 – 0, winning back-to-back state titles in the James C. Haile and TNT in the highest classification. I have been back at MTCS coaching the Middle and high school teams since 2015. MTCS finished as runner-up to Webb School in the 2022 State tournament.
• I worked MTSU’s High Intensity High School Skills Camp from 2008-2018 under Head Coach Rick Insel.
• Coached the Girls’ high school team at Lancaster Christian Academy; where we brought home the NACA National Championship for 2 years in a role. (2013 and 2014).
• I am a private basketball skill–set instructor and currently serve as player director with the Starz Organization.
I spent 12 years as player director for 4th-8th grade for Tennessee Flight. Under my direction, Tennessee Flight was rated one of the country's top 8 girls’ travel team organizations.
• In conclusion I enjoy teaching children. My reward is not in winning, but in teaching them how to succeed in sports and life as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!
